As a business Sonar and Communication Systems continues to grow and this is having a fundamental effect on how we do things. As the business continues to strive for even greater achievement, each member of the team needs to be involved and make a proactive contribution.
The Personal Development Programme (PDP) is a key internal business initiative at Sonar and Communication Systems. It gives us a framework that defines how we can advance towards enhanced performance, greater job satisfaction and ultimately achieve better results. Performance Management is the link between the high level goals of our organisation and our everyday work.
By providing a framework through which each of us, as individuals and team members, can improve work performance and develop our knowledge base and skills, the PDP is a step towards improving how we develop and reach our individual growth targets within the business.
It's all about aligning the way we work with the expectations of the Business. It's also about providing ourselves with the structures and support we need to be able to move forward.
